Do you mind hanging on to my child’s EpiPen in case he has an allergic reaction at the event?
Our volunteers cannot be responsible for EpiPens or other medications while your child attends Aloha Spring. The school nurse is not in attendance and PTO volunteers do not have access to her office. Having said that, there will be staff on site who are trained in First Aid and CPR. Please plan accordingly.

Yes, absolutely! Please contact your child’s Learning Behavior Specialist or GLAd to request an aide. Your child’s chaperone will also need a wristband, but that is at no charge to you.
** Darn! I missed the ticket purchase deadline but my student really, really wants to attend! What do I do?!?
Tickets and waiver e-signing will briefly re-open Friday morning until Noon. Volunteers will scramble to hand out last-minute wristbands before school dismissal. If, due to last-minute ticket sales volume, your child does not receive a wristband during the school day, you should plan to accompany your child to the door of Aloha Spring at 5:45 pm to ensure your child has both a wristband and a signed waiver on file. A limited number of tickets and waivers will be available at the door for last-minute purchase and signing, but remember that a child needs BOTH in order to attend.
